We did walk the "direct beach access" path to discover it takes you over to another street, then you walk down about a block to get to the beach access. « The stairs were a bit much for our dog. I ended up having to carry my dog down each time. It's obviously an older building, updates that have been made are pretty decent. It could still use some more, especially in the bathroom to make it a much better experience. »
